Earlier this summer i crashed practicing and tore the PCL in my knee.  I was 12th in the 125 B and in the 250 B when i got hurt.  this is in the NESC spring series.  i have been going to physical therapy for a long time, got a cti brace for it and am back riding and traing for next year!!
