  A break from Training  
 
  Cross Creek Cycle Park is where I do most of my training. I has some of the hardest trails to navigate through. It is also a great place for beginners. I have taught my girlfriend, who I never thought would want to get on a bike ever!! GO ASHLEY!!!!
