On August 18 while racing in Airway Heights, Washington, at a night time supercross someone bumped into me around the first corner I had to put out my right leg to hold my self up and when I did that my foot planted and my knee blew out. After a DNF in that moto I went ahead and rapped it up and went out to race my second moto. I came back the second night for races because at that point I was winning the supercross series. I could hardly bend my knee. After my two motos I went right home and to the doctor the next day. Come to find out that I tore my ACL and meniscus and damaged my MCL. On August 30 I went in for reconstructive surgery of the ACL. I will be out up to 6 months at the most. |
