3) Not remove Risk Racing logos, stickers, or other promotional material from Rider apparel or accessories

4)Communicate with Risk Racing when purchasing competitors product.

5) Inform race promoter and media that Rider is sponsored by Risk Racing

6) Indemnification

a) Indemnification by RIDER. RIDER shall hold Risk Racing harmless from any liability or expense (including legal fees and costs) arising from any injury to or damage to RIDER or any Riders and from any injury caused to others by them, during competition or training. This shall include, without limitation, any liability or expense arising based upon ’Risk Racing s alleged negligence or strict product liability, except when resulting from the willful misconduct of Risk Racing .
b) Indemnification by Risk Racing . Risk Racing shall hold RIDER harmless from any liability or expense (including legal fees and costs) made by third parties against RIDER with respect to claims arising from the manufacture, sale and/or use of Risk Racing products, except when resulting from the willful misconduct of RIDER.

7) Employer/Employee Relationship. Risk Racing agrees that RIDER’S relationship with Risk Racing shall be that of an independent contractor and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing an employer/employee relationship between Risk Racing and RIDER or any Rider.

8) Confidentiality. All parties, including but not limited to RIDER and Risk Racing , agree to keep all
terms of this agreement, especially financial arrangements, strictly confidential.

9) Risk Racing has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason with or without cause, including unsportsmanlike conduct or a breach of any term of this Agreement.
