• Successfully owned K-9 Center LLc, the third largest private vendor military/
police canine training company in the United States of America and Holland.
• Successfully own Xplor-Int a dual sport, adventure motorcycle, dirt bike, ATV,
side-by-side/UTV and recreational off-highway training school.

Operational and contract oversight of three training ranges, four independent training
sites and four RiderCoaches who trained over hundreds of children and adults each
year.
• Created a first-ever program-wide cohesive marketing campaign including print, web
and broadcast media which Increased number of students trained by more than 25%
during my first year.
• Developed the industry's first, interactive training distribution research tool for
marketing and training location gap analysis.
• Increased number of training sites in every region.
• Implemented and managed the program's first quality assurance

Responsibilities Ensured safety and training of all motorcycle riders while on off-road
training property. Ensured that each participant are treated with utmost courtesy, and
receive proper riding instructions. Lead interesting tours to various countries and
locations. Assisted with the tours, ensured safety of the riders, prepare/maintain
motorcycle. Liaison between other members of the team and determine rider’s
feedback. Lead tour groups and ensured that all needs of clients are addressed
