Rider Updates
I have just seen the doctor on wensday 8-3-11 and he gave me the go to start traning and buliding stringth in my knee and get everything to 100% so when i rturn back on the bike i am ready to go! But i have been easing myself back into my training program. But as of right now the knee and ACL is holing up better than i would have thought.
