Personal History
Starting years ago in 2003, I competed in my first full outdoor amateur season with the New England Motocross Association (NEMA). From 2003 to 2009 I had many local accomplishments including winning many races and finishing at a highest second overall in 125 B class. College started in 2008 pealing me away from the sport and to focus more on a career. Graduating in 2012 with a B.A. in the field of Graphic Design.
I tried many jobs in my field both small firms to fortune 500 corporations. There was always something holding me back though. From 2010 I started a small vinyl sticker business mainly aimed towards friends and car communities. As the years past in a cubical I started to realize that my passion was and always will be Moto. In 2013 I really started to pursue a career in self employment, setting up and growing my business Aggressive Graphix LLC. These past 4 years being back at the track weekend in and weekend out really brought a whole new appreciation to the sport. I had a bike I was riding in 2014-2015 but it just wasn't the bike for me. Finally after hard work with Aggressive Graphix, I picked up a 2017 YZ 250 in August of 2016 with intentions of getting acquainted with the bike end of that season and racing once or twice a month next year (2017) with different associations such as WSP, NEMX, NESC, and District 34 while running my on-site jersey printing services. For the past season (2017), I was able to race once. Bring to perspective how much faster the current generation of riders are compared to what I remembered. In 2018 my vending schedule for Aggressive Graphix will be lighter through out the season allowing more time to attend races to race and not just work.
With the riding aspect out of the way, I can also contribute to brand recognition and sales of my sponsors' products by handing out fliers or carrying your products under my tent on the vending days creating a much larger reach than just a logo on a bike.
Riding Goals
Everyone's riding goals are always the same. To thrive and win. I'm taking a different approach. With training hard at the gym Monday-Friday, the goal is to be able to hold on for more than 5 laps at a pace that I should be at. Position is no longer a thing. If I can go out, ride the way I know how to, and have fun with it; then that is a success. If top 5's follow then great, but the main riding goal is to stay happy and stay healthy.
