Personal History

I began racing Motocross and BMX in 1992 at age 11 until 16, primarily at Barona with CMMC. I didn’t ride again until 2009 when I purchased a 1999 KX250 and began casually riding at the local tracks. In 2014, after a 16 year hiatus and moving on to the modern 4 stroke, I decided to race again in the US Police and Fire Games in the novice class. I raced that one race for the next two years before I began to get that competitive spirit again. In January of 2017 I decided to race the Big 6 series and placed 4th in the Novice class my first race. By February 2018, I was racing expert with multiple class wins in between. I currently run the V4 plate as I tied with Mark Tilley for 3rd overall in points in the 2018 season in the Veteran class. All of that aside, I consider sportsmanship as my best trait and professionalism my standard.

Riding Goals

First and foremost to stay safe and healthy so the sport remains enjoyable. Concurrently I try and develop my skills to become a smoother and more rounded rider.

Competitive Highlights

Last season I finished tied for 3rd in overall points as a Vet in the AMA District 37 Big 6 GP series for 2018. I won my class in the 2018 Police and Fire Games and the 2019 World Police and Fire Championships held in Thunder Valley.
