Personal History
Hi,
I've been involved in motorcycles for my whole life. I got hooked when my dad took me on my first ride on an old Honda CT70. Ever since then, I have been repairing and riding motorcycles starting at 8. I rebuilt my first engine at 10, and rode my first 250 two stroke at 12. Last season, I got involved in SWIRA ice racing here in Wisconsin, and have done very well for my first year racing my 2000 CR250 against the other 450 riders.
Riding Goals
So far this year, I have been competing in the AMA district 16 hare scramble series. The season started off a little rocky when I didn't finish, but since then I have been finishing consistently and taking a place in the top ten. Currently I am sitting in sixth in overall points, but hope to improve to fourth or better by the end of the season. In the time between the races, I ride mountain bikes as well as weight train to stay in shape.Competitive Highlights
I have only been racing one year, but the highlights of last year were when I took third place on my 250 two stroke against a couple of guys on 450s, including Robby Trenain.
