Rider Updates
first time back on the bike this weekend just doing some joy riding around the house. Wrist is feeling good and have been cleared to do some minor practice...but no races yet :(. Sad I am going to miss West Virginia indoor this weekend, but trying to think long term...gotta be ready for the spring and can't afford a re-injury.
