Had one of the best times of my life racing in my very first indoor arenacross race. Had no clue what to expect, went out and claimed 3rd in qual and 3rd in the main.
As the weather conditions here in the Southeast have not been so great lately I will be starting to travel farther to race in more indoor races. Looking into the FMF indoor winter series!

This past weekend was challenging yet satisfying. Even though it was wet and cold Durhamtown Plantation did an amazing job prepping the track. My endurance is slowly increasing and it shows each race. I was able to rush back and prepare the bike for another race Sunday. Sunday was Calhoun's last race of the series so I decided to run 2 classes. I ran my girlfriends 1996 CR125 that I rebuilt a year ago. Being able to run 2 classes, 4 moto's and race the day before really shows what dedication can do to increase your stamina and endurance. Hard work pays off.

Being back at Calhoun this past weekend and going 2-1 brought back the motivation i needed. 2 weeks prior i raced at Family MX series in 450C with no front brake. It was challenging but i was able to hold 4th on the second moto until the last turn. I decided to take the inside rut and with no front brake i could not hold it. I was able to finish the race and come out unharmed.
This coming up weekend will be exciting. Saturday i will be racing at the Family MX series and then loading up to race at Calhoun MX Sunday. This will be the very last race of the Calhoun MX series and i plan to run 2 classes. I will be running a 1996 CR125R in the 250 class to show that the older bikes can run with the new bikes.

I am still focusing on honing in my skills in 450D. Was able to pull away strong on both Moto's. I need to work more on my starts as I am usually pulling a 3-4th hole shot and then having to work through the pack. The bike and myself are probably running the best that we ever have so far.

Since the last race at Calhoun MX we're I ran 1st in both motos. My confidence has been through the roof. Every weekend I can ride I've been focusing on improving my turns and scrubs to gain faster lap times.
