I've been on a simple training program that I can do around my house with the weights and bicycles we have..As of yesterday I am on a real and more complex program. I have a 7 day plan, including seat time everyday. Soon enough you'll see me at all the amateur nationals. As for this year I will see you all at the Mini O's.
