Rider Updates
Fitness is on point as that's all I've done in 2014, and so far in 2015. I took my diet to a whole new level, as well as my physical fitness at the gym. Now it's time to see where I'm at on my 2013 CRF450, which only has 37.5 hours on it from the 2013 season that ended early with a shattered scapula.
