Personal History

Before riding motocross I used to race BMX. I won the Virginia State championship in 2008, and then I moved onto the regionals. I won my regional, which qualified me to compete in the amateur national championship. At the national championship I placed fourth overall. After my BMX days, I started motocross because it gave me more of an adrenaline rush. Something about the power of a dirt bike and the longer races made it more fun for me. I started racing in 2013, and have been racing ever since. I took about a year and a half break from the sport in 2016 due to injuries to both of my wrists. Since then, I have spent time teaching my two younger brothers who to ride. They have gotten pretty fast as well, and started racing with me about a year ago. Outside of motocross I enjoy fishing, mountain biking, and hanging out with friends.

Riding Goals

My goal for the rest of the 2020 season is to keep on training in order to achieve a top 10 placement at Mini O's. Next year I would like to qualify for Lorettas and aim for a top ten there as well. After that I would like to go back to Mini O's and try to achieve a podium finish. I am looking to achieve those goals by continuing my training plan. My training plan consists of cycling, rowing, strength training, riding, and stretching. I train 6 days a week, only getting  Mondays off. This training has made a huge improvement in my results since I started it 6 months ago, and I an looking two make even more.

Competitive Highlights

I have had many Moto and overall wins. As well as those wins, I am consistently getting podiums in almost every race now. I continue to run up at the front of the pack at all of our. local races. Last year, in the 2019 season, I got second in Schoolboy 2 for the District 13 and 29 championship points series as well as the US Eastern Series.
