Riding Goals
Riding is my passion! I started riding when I was 4 years old. My first bike was a Suzuki 50. I made a track on our land & absolutely loved riding.
For my 9th birthday my dad got me a Honda CRF 80. I still loved wearing out my homemade track. In March of 2016 at the age of 13 I received my current bike from my parents. A 2005 Honda CR 125. It was a little big at first but in no time I was hitting the track once again. As much as I loved to just ride, my dream was to race. In March of 2018 I became a member of TCCRA and entered my first race. I quickly found out I had, still have, a lot to learn.
I did not finish that race. It was definitely an experience I will never forgot, but, I was hooked!
with each race this year I felt a little more at ease.
My goal this year is to keep learning, keep taking it all in, listen to all advice my fellow riders can offer me, keep striving to be the best I can be.
I also want to keep working on my own bike, keep the maintenance done. I enjoy seeing how it works, goes together, comes apart etc.
My goal is to shoot for at least 3rd place this year. Improving with each race & each year.
I hope to obtain a sponsor this year to help my parents with expenses. I am willing to work hard, improve my riding skills, respectfully represent and make my sponsor proud of me.
Competitive Highlights
RIDING IS MY LIFE, I LIVE TO RIDE!
My first year was a roller coaster ride for sure, finishing anywhere between 14th and 4th.
I enjoyed meeting new people and making new friends and becoming a member of the TCCRA family.
My highlights this year were, finishing races that I thought were not possible; example: the Mud Fest at Cowbone Creek.
Finally getting to hit a few JUMPS.
The excitement of placing 4th & seeing that working hard at what you love does and will pay off.
My greatest highlight thus far is finishing 4th overall!
