Personal History

I’ve always loved to ride things. I rode a bike when I was 4, a go kart daily when I was 6, and when I turned 14 I got my first Dirt Bike, a 2007 TTR125. It was such a great experience to ride a dirt bike. A few months after riding that bike I got into motocross and started jumping it on tracks like the race bikes did, but the trail suspension just couldn’t handle it, so I took the forks off of a 2004 YZ 85 and made it race ready by putting a racing exhaust and a stronger shock spring along with a dual foam air filter. It still lacked power but I did what I could with it and even outjumped my friends on their 85 2 strokes! I never raced it but it was a blast while I had it. I sold the ttr about 6 months later. I put the forks back onto the YZ85 and made that bike ridable. I took the YZ85 to Durhamtown and rode it on the intermediate track MX2. Turns out I brought my TTR125 skills with me and backflipped the 85 and myself... I got hurt pretty bad and was out from riding for a month or so. I rode the 85 one more time at ScrubNDirt in Monroe GA. I almost backflipped 3 times but somewhat refined my skills. About 2 months after that ride I sold the YZ85 and 3 months after that I bought myself a 2014 YZ250F with a completely built engine and less than 10 minutes on it. It was red and I hated red... so about 2 months later I put blue plastics and replaced everything red with blue to make it more my style. This 250F was setup for a heavier rider so when i rode it, the suspension tended not to budge much under my weight so when I landed a jump, it felt as if I bottomed out when really the suspension just stiffened so hard it felt like it was bottoming. And here we are now, I just put Racing graphics on it and I’m trying to save up for a professional fork Revalve service so I can start racing locally and get known in the Motocross community like my friends have.

Riding Goals

I just wanna have fun with friends and race locally because I wanna live the experience of starting at the gate and feeling so much thrill in the air right next to so many more riders that wanna win just like you do! Also having a few trophies on your shelf gives you some great memories and pride later on knowing you did something that cool in your life! I love motocross and hope to pursue it for as long as I can because it’s such a great sport.

Competitive Highlights

I haven’t competed yet but plan to in the coming month
