Garrett John "The Beast" Greer #433
Tecumseh, Michigan
GjG Racing features Garrett "Mighty Mouse" Greer aboard a decked out yellow Kawasaki 65cc. Garrett started riding at 3 years old on a Yamaha 50. It was noticed by his dad that his talent on a bicycle could lead to big things! Located in Michigan, Garrett dominated the beginer division at Milan, and last year moved around the state to learn on larger tracks. In 2012 he picked up several sponsors: Maxwell Seed Farms, Hope Michigan, Mold Cam Tool, Canada and Patriot Pub & Grub in Tipton, Michigan.
All sponsor names will be ledgible in 2013 on a custom graphick kit from TWEQs.Suspension will be set up this winter by Tech Care in Waterford Michigan, so, they will surely join the list of sponsors. This is not purcahsed yet, but in design phase, so get you sponsorship in early! Additional sponsors can get in on decking out the new trailer purchsed for 2013, a Thunder trailer fully carpeted and locker installed for Garretts post and pre race needs.
Garrett stays in shape year round as he works toward his black belt in Korean martial arts. He dominates in tournaments in sparring, board breaking, and forms. He has also begun trick bike practice at Adrian Michigan bike park, and is on a new Sapient purple beast.
Riding Goals
Many gains in 2014, 2015 Seasons. Garrett is flying high and working on turns. Very aggressive and a great sport. Very Physical if needed. His goal like any kid is to run with the pros.
Garrett is young, but, his talent is clear. His fast reaction time and overbearing endurance is his strong points. He plans to someday get into high flying freestyle and is interested in the scrambles he saw recently on television.
Competitive Highlights
Words that come to mind:
Competetive
Aggressive
Mature
Physical
Winning points class in Ohio was a confidence booster. Running well at AMA tracks and dominating at MPX Camp Has given
him his old style back-high flyer!
Garrett dominates on a stock Kawasaki. The downside is the bike handling against more competitive bikes. This caused him to drop to 3rd in overall Scott champion standings in 2011 at Milan City Cycle. He took a 1st at Log Road, Coldwater Michigan while lapping the track in 2012, and 2nd and 4th at MPR track in Bay City Michigan. The 2nd was a tough race against KTM handling and a crowd gasping crash on a large jump while battling for 1st, that brought him in a overall 4th place. Garrett seems to always get up and finish the moto!
