just finished the 2012 main event district 20 texas series. finished 2nd in the points in the open beginner class and 4th in the 250 beginner class. during the series i had 2 holeshots and at least 6 top five starts. considering it was my first races on a 250 . i think i did really well. i learned alot and will continue to improve. thanks to all my sponsors for the support.

I got my first win on my 250. the win was in the open beginner class which had 250 and 450 riders. i scored a 2nd and a 1st for the overall win. I got 4 overall in the 250 beginner class. Two bad starts killed my chances for a top 3. Got some work to do on my starts.

Well after a couple month lay off from riding due to broken tib and then no bike. i finally got my 09 crf250 honda and got in 2 practice sessions before my first race. Aug 11 at 3 Palms Extreme Sports Park in Conroe TX I competed in the 2012 OUTLAW 452 MAIN EVENT SERIES. I raced in the 250 beg class and scored and 8th and 3rd for a 6th overall out of 26 riders. It was a great night of racing. If I had gotten a better start in the first moto i could have gotten top 3 or 4. I would like to thank my sponsors SMITH OPTICS, FMF, ASV, FIELDS CHIROPRACTIC, REDWING SHOES, JM RACING, D&S MOTORSPORTS, JESUS AND DAD.

I raced this series for the shot at riding the famous FREESTONE COUNTY RACEWAY night track. I raced in the 85 open class against alot of really fast guys that normally race supermini. I raced strong and got faster throughout the series holding pace with the faster guys and hung on to finish the series in 4th place overall.. I really want the say thanks to my sponsors. Especially REDWING SHOES. If not for my RedWing steel toe shoe I would not have had the chance to compete and maintain my spot in the points chase. Thanks Tom and Paul at REDWING shoes in conroe, tx. I broke my leg at school 2 weeks ago. I was sitting 4th in the points and knew I had to at least roll the start and finish line. I tried on on of my dads RedWing steel toed shoes and it was able to go over my cast. I decided to try to practice and decided I could still shift so I raced. There were 28 in my class. I was running in the top 13 or 14 on the last lap and crashed over the bars in the whoops. I finished 27th and then 19th in moto 2 for 24th overall. I had fun and figured with a broken leg I did really well and represented myself and my sponsors in great way.

Got 2nd in first moto after starting 5th. Then in moto 2 got a great start but when down in the holeshot turn. Then fought back from 14th to 2nd and lapped 2 riders in the process. Got an overall 2nd on the day which made the series Champ in my class. Thanks to DECAL WORKS, PIRELLI , SMITH OPTICS , ASV, AND TWIN AIR for the support.
