Personal History
I first learned of motor sports at the age of 9 where I took interest. I am 19 years old and a soon to be sophmore in college. I go to school 3 days per week and ride three days per week. I am a huge family person and they support my riding habits. I enjoy music everyday and I play instruments such as Guitar, Bass, and Piano. My parents bought me my first dirtbike at the age of 13, a Suzuki DRZ125-L. I rode this bike through the Superstition desert for 5 years before moving up to my current CRF250X. I enjoy riding mostly in the desert and mountains of Superstition, but I also ride local trails within my town down in Southern California. I train every 6 days a week in strength, balance, cardio, and riding. I love to go fast through desert trails and free riding the hills is very fun for me. Through desert season I ride every single weekend out at Superstition. During the heat and off season, I ride local trails anywhere from 2 to 3 times per week. This year I plan to ride more in the desert of Plaster City and more Ocotillo Wells aside from the riding that will be done at Superstition which is the closest to home.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are to become faster on tracks and trails. I would like to some day obtain some great sponsor ships to help me money wise through the desert racing seasons. I have a desert tank on my bike, a light, and aftermarket air filter and exhaust. I plan to race this desert season through District 38. I have been riding for a total of 6 years and have plenty of experience with the wild desert terrains. I plan to make top 5 at as many races as I can. I will be practicing every weekend out at Superstition Mountains. I would some day like to also race motos on a track. I plan to buy a newer race bike in the next year or so and begin track riding at Perris, Pala, Barona, and Milestone Mx.
Competitive Highlights
7th place in the Expert 250cc class for AMA District 38 Desert Scramble, and will be racing a Euro Scramble on Oct. 5th.
