I began riding at the age of 5 years old and began racing locally at age 6. I took to racing immediately and it wasn’t long before I was moving up to a Cobra 50. In my teenage years I realized that Motocross was my passion and was willing to dedicate myself mentally and physically in pursuing my dream. I’ve competed in many national amateur events as well as qualifying for the Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Nationals in 2009 & 2010. I was a privateer in 2011 & 2012 riding the AMA MX Nationals and was able to land a ride with Munn Racing KTM in 2013. Unfortunately due to injury during the Supercross season I was unable to ride for the remainder of the year. Working harder than ever to return from injury just 3 weeks back on the bike I traveled to the CMRC Nationals in Canada in 2014 with just myself and the my van with no help of a mechanic or extra driver and sleeping in my van, and put together consistent top 20 results in the MX2 class. I finished off 2014 by coming back to the AMA circuit and competing in the Red Bud and Millville nationals, qualifying for both and finishing 29th and 30th respectively.
With a dedicated family and peer network, who solidly support my racing ventures and believe in promoting and marketing my sponsors during the events in which I compete as well as when I’m not at the track.
This year I have been getting a lot of preparations with my riding coach and physical trainer so my goals for the year is to race as many AMA pro nationals as financially possible. With the preparations i have been doing I would like to qualify around 20 or better for a good gate pick and too score points in every moto possible.
I think making my first top ten finishes at Loretta lynne was really an awesome achievement and i think going pro and qualifying for my first race and scoring 6 points and running with the guys i grew up watching.
