I've been riding for almost five years and racing/riding motocross for 2 years. I havea great passion for the sport of motocross racing. I train by mountain bike riding and doing fitnessexercises like burpys, press ups, crunches and some other suff.
Hello, just letting you know what off the bike training i have been doing- a 2.1km run and 15 situps and 12 push ups for three weeks now and a do that four days a week.
