Personal History
My name is Jason Young and I’m 39 years young. I started racing when I was 10 years old and have been hooked ever since. I started out racing motocross and did really well with 3 district championships. I switched to Harescrambles at the age of 18 after my injury when I was 17 and had to sit out the whole next year do to doctors orders. When I got into off-road I really excelled in the 125 B class where I went on to win 2 district championships I moved up to the 250 A class and was getting smoked with top 5 an 10 finishes so at that point I knew I had to step it up if I wanted to succeed. I rode my but off and trained harder than I ever had in the off season and came back to win another title in the open A class. I started riding Gnccs in 2006 and made the first 4 rounds and got injured again resulting in me being out for 2 years. Had some decent finishes again just bad luck. I just love to ride so I started riding GP and enduros and harescrambles trying to keep in fun. I won 3 GP championships and finished 4th overall in hare scramble series
