Personal History

I started riding motorcycles at age 10. I knew I loved the sport as soon as I threw a leg over my first bike CR-80. However, due to how expensive the sport is, I wasn’t able to continue riding after my bike needed to be continually maintenance.

Fast forward 20 years, I finally started making enough money in my career to pick up the sport again. Following the 2012 Houston Supercross, I decided to buy a used CRF-450. After about a year of casual riding, I began racing off-road  hare scrambles. I’ve been hooked ever since and racing has now become my #1 passion.

Riding Goals

Continue to progress my racing until I can compete on a national level. While I am at a disadvantage due to my age, I have been progressing very fast and hope to be competing at national events in the next few years. For 2014, my goal is to finish in the top 5 of the 250 C class and move to 250 B for 2015. In addition to the Texas Off Road Championship Series (TORCS), I will also begin racing several other series such as Texas Off-road Nationals (TORN), Texas Cross Country Racing Association (TCCRA) and Texas Off-road Racing Organization (TORO).

Competitive Highlights

2013

1 Top 3 Finish, TORCS Open D
2 Top 5 finishes, TORCS Open D

2014

2nd place, TORCS Rd. 3, Open D
This was my first race of the season following being hospitalized for pneumonia. This race was my greatest achievement not just for leading the entire race, but because I wrecked with the lead in the last 5 minutes of a 1 hour race. I battled the rain and fatigue following losing 20 lbs from pneumonia to not give up and still finish 2nd.

Following this race, I will be moving up to 250 C April 12th
