Personal History

I have been riding dirt bikes ever since I was 4 years old. I started racing GNCC/Hare and Hound type racing when I was 14. I didn't get serious about racing until I was 17 and started winning some local GNCC amateur ironman races. I went into the Marine Corps at 18, got stationed in California and started riding tracks. I was riding Pala (now Fox raceway), Cahuilla, Elsinore, and Perris Raceway every single weekend. I've now transferred those skills to woods racing and have been dominate as of recent in local racing. I will now be branching out to national racing in pro classes

In 2015, I unfortunately had what most would call a career ending injury. Practicing at Elsinore MX, high sided on one of the doubles coming out of a turn. The momentum I had when I landed sideways and had my leg out in front of me tore my MCL, ACL, LCL, meniscus and whatever other ligaments held my knee together were all ripped clean off except for my ACL. Also broke my tibia and fibia. After my second knee reconstruction surgery, my ortho doctor told me I was lucky to still have my leg. If my ACL tore any further, it would have been a full separation and I would've had to get it amputated.

This has not slowed me down. 4 months after the second knee reconstruction I was back on the bike. Unfortunately I cannot compete at the level I was, however racing dirt bikes is all I know and I will continue at it as long as my knees will allow

Riding Goals

I feel I have hit all of my goals I set when I was younger. I have surpassed the skill level of all my riding buddies, as well as riders I meet on the trails/tracks. I will now be setting my sights on becoming dominant in local and national races/series.

My end goal for just riding my dirt bike, is to race and finish the 24 hours of Glen Helen in the Ironman class, as well as finish the Baja 1000 within the allotted time given to be in the record books.
