Personal History

My dad, Rick Perras has been racing motocross since he was a kid, and when I was a little kid, I would always play with motocross toys, and tell my dad how much I wanted a bike. So when I turned 5 years old, my parents surprised me for birthday with a brand new PW 50. I was so excited when i got the bike. Once I rode it, I was instantly in love, and knew this was going to be something special for me. I rode my first race a year after when I turned 6, and took off from there. Today, I follow a rigorous training program, and at the same time attend the University of Rhode Island as a Junior Marketing major. On top of all of that, I work two full time jobs to fund the racing the best I can.
