Personal History

My name is Malik and I am 6 years old. I live in Tunnelton, WV with my mom, dad, brother Zander and my dog Marley. My memaw and papi live right down the road from us and he rides his bike over to my house so we can go riding a lot. My first bike was a Yamaha PW 50, but It got to small for me so I gave it to my little brother. I needed more speed and a bigger bike so my family got me a 2003 KTM 50 Pro Senior LC. Its a super fast bike. As long as my bike is running you could pretty much find me riding everyday after school or all day during the summer. 2015 was my first season racing and riding a dirt bike. I raced in multiple XC series and a Motocross series as well. My favorite color is Green and like to play football outside with my brother and friends. One of my favorite things to do is watch dirt bike races and crashes on my kindle or race dirt bikes on my kindle games. I am in kindergarten at South Preston School. My favorite thing about school is Recess. I plan on racing GNCC races in 2016.

Riding Goals

One goal of mine this year is to win my series, its Called Big East Championship XC series. Another goal of mine is to win a GNCC race this year as well. My ultimate goal tho is to grow up to be professional GNCC racer.

But the main goal for me in any race or even when i ride around my house is to have as much fun as possible and be as safe as possible!!!!

Competitive Highlights

In my first season riding and racing, I was CLASS CHAMPION in the East Coast Mega XC series and got 2nd place in my class in the East Coast Mega MX series. One thing i remember from this past season was when the clutches burnt out on my bike and I was going so slow up the hills that my family could walk next to me, I pushed thru and took 1st that race. Another highlight was during a motocross race when the nut come off my clutch at the start of the first moto and my dad took it back to the pit and took it apart and put the nut back on so i could race the 2nd moto, which I happened to win too.

But the best part and the biggest highlight was the amount of fun I had during this past racing season with my family and friends!!! It was really fun to have my family at the races to cheer for me and help me out.  Sometimes we even camped out overnight at the races, which was really fun!!

Thank you too all my family for making this so much fun and something I will remember forever!!!
