Personal History
My name is Nate Myers, I'm 15 years old and started riding dirtbike on a pw 50 when I was 6yrs old. My first race with it was at a supercross race at our county fair. I did it again the next year and then moved up to a yz 85. I didn't really race with that bike because my dad was a truckdriver and couldn't take me to races. When I was 13 my dad bought me a suzuki 85 that was fixed up for racing and in 2011 I raced in 5 or 6 races. I had a lot of fun and so did my dad. Then last Jan. he bought me my first rmz 250 and raced pretty much all this last summer as I showed in my race results. That bike was a 2005 and now that bike will be my practice bike as I start the new year on a brand new 2013 rmz. My first race with it will be on the 30th and 31st of Dec in Texas at a place called the cycle ranch mx park. Its near San Antonio Tx. I can't wait to race with it. I've been able to ride it a little bit before it got too cold and I really liked how it ran. My dad no longer trucks and has been able to take me to the races and he his very supportive of my racing. He has a lot of fun taking me and watching me race and I'm really happy to have him be at my side!
Riding Goals
My goals for the 2013 season is to hopefully finish higher in my class. I'm planning on running the 250 jr class again and probably 250 14 to 24 class and maybe open 250 c. I'm hoping to go to a couple of racing schools too.
