Rider Updates
Since decmber 3rd i have been preparing myself in a high level training camp in columbiana, alabama. the Training consists of running everyday in the morning for one hour and after breakfast i ride three hours and on the afternoons i go to the gym.I know that this will improve my performance in the winter am series 2008 thats is taking place next month in florida.My goal is to to finish to 3 in the pro class thats why im working really hard.
