Personal History
I am a husband of 30 years and father to 3 kids, I started racing in 2004 and have been enjoying it ever since. I am an avid supporter of our sport and ride my motorcycle, road bike or mountain bike most every weekend to stay in shape for race season. I am the Vice President of Rock Stars Motorcycle Club and the Big Bike Steward for the Arizona Motorcycle Riders Association (AMRA). The AMRA is where I do most of my racing with but I also support and attend races in Colorado (RMEC & WEBE), Nevada (BITD) and Idaho.
Riding Goals
I have two goals in my riding pursuits. First I desire to promote responsible land use by exemplifying that Off-Road enthusiasts care about and appreciate the land we ride and race on. I am a member of the Tonto National Forest Recreational Alliance, TRAL, where I attend meetings with local Forest Service officials to show a commitment to this goal and volunteer on projects to maintain and preserve our riding areas. My second goal is to improve my riding and racing skills. After 5 years in the intermediate ranks I am in my 4th season as an expert rider. I plan to race the AMRA Off-Road Series, the BITD Laughlin Hare Scramble and the Idaho City 100 as well as some select races in Colorado in 2014-2015.
