Rider Updates
. after crashing @ mildenhall on the 27th of december' & breaking my hand & the doctors also quiering a broken pelvis- ive been training hard & putting in the effort to build back up my stamina & fitness for the racing season ahead of 2O1O!! it's been a long few weeks training hard non-stop as much as i can & i can finally say im excited & thinking my fitness is upto the standard to ride again &. ready for the first round of NSJMCC @ hockham on the 28th of march! the weather has let me down once again' with the tracks being closed! after getting so excited to ride again! :( but knowing i can ride again without being in any pain or struggeling to keep up with other riders makes me more confident! - it also means just another week to improve my fitness & to get extra training in :)
