Rider Updates
Another rider was picking up their fallen bike on an inside rut of a berm near the merge lines as I went past on the outside. In the process, I clipped the handle bar and broke my 5th Metacarpal in my left hand. I went on to race that day but struggled to have proper clutch control. Surgery was done 2 days later and 7 screws and a plate were put in. Estimated recovery will put me around the first of November to begin riding again...
