Rider Updates
I have been our for the past several weeks with a knee injury. I tore my meniscus while training for GNCC. I have been in physical therapy and am progressing very well. In the meantime I have been training what I can and working on getting the bike ready for the next race. I should be back in time for the Ironman GNCC thankfully. While I'm not on the bike right now, I am training very hard on the bicycle and in the best shape I've been ever. I'm going to be using the remainder of this year and the off-season to continue to train and make next year the best ever. Thanks to all that supported me this year!
