Personal History
Hi! My name is Treston Walker and I am almost 10 years old. I am in the 4th grade at Rickman Elementary. School isn't my favorite thing in the world. I'd rather be working with my dad or tinkering on my bike, but I manage. I eat, sleep, and breathe dirt bikes!
My dad bought me my first dirt bike when I was 6 years old. I loved it so much! I would ride all the time. My dad used to ride GNCC's so he thought I might enjoy racing too. I had only been riding a couple months when he entered me in my first MSXC race and to everyone's surprise, I WON! I have been racing ever since. I like to ride flat tracks and some motocross too, but woods racing is my favorite. I love to ride in the mud!
My dad works hard keeping mine and my brother's bikes running. He does all the mechanicin' and I try to learn everything I can from him. He has taught me that anything is possible if you work hard enough. He also tells me that it's important to always have good sportsmanship, and to always help someone else if I can.
Sometimes I am too hard on myself when I don't do as good as I hope (especially as I am learning to ride my 65), but my mom and dad remind me to just have fun and keep trying.
Riding Goals
Place top 5 in the GNCC's and to learn to work my clutch like a pro!
