Personal History
Hi, my name is Trevor Robins, I have been racing since I was 5 years old. This is my most favorite sport, and I mostly race in the Northwest, but plan to expand to other areas. I am 13 years old and will be 14 in April of 2010. My race number is 411, picked by me for my birthday, April 11th. I like to ride BMX bikes, play football, wrestle and wakeboard when I am not racing or practicing. I want to become a Pro motorcross racer within the next few years, and believe in myself enough to achieve this. I don't only rely on racing to support me in the future though, I also maintain at least a 3.6 average in school, sometimes 4.0. I have two border collie dogs, who require a lot of attention when I'm at home as far as playing and being taken care of. I am 5' 10", and athletic. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and am lucky to have such understanding parents who will back me up when it comes to my dreams. I believe that teenagers like me are good role models to the sport and I have a lot to offer if given the opportunity.
Riding Goals
I race in the 125 and 250 jr right now and get at least top three in my area, I would like to be number one by the end of the season. I want to attend some of the bigger outdoor events this year and be the best in my class.
Competitive Highlights
I enjoy racing against my friends, that way we can harrass eachother in the pits or just give advice about overcoming a certain jump, corner etc. I have only competed once in this class so far and gotten 1st place at a track I am quite familiar with. I have been the Idaho State Champion in 2007 on an 85, in the open class, as well as the 9-11 age group class in the same year. I have taken numerous other 1st place trophies home in 2007, 2008, and even 2009 on my 85. I have qualified to go to Lorretta Lynn's twice in those years but i got injured which prevented me from going at that time, but things just keep getting better for me, I know I can do it and I enjoy pushing myself to my full potential.
