Personal History
My name is Zach Strecker and my parents took me to my first motocross race when I was three months old. They knew from the start I was born to race. I started riding dirt bikes when I was three and started competing in events when I was seven. Everyone in my family is involved with all aspects of racing. I have complete support from my parents. My dad is my mechanic, my mom takes care of logistics, and my sister Nicole flags at the tracks and has never missed a race. We dedicate every weekend from April to October to outdoors and practice indoors in the winter.
Riding Goals
My goal is to get better every race, to ride faster and harder, and to make progress at every race. I ride to the best of my ability and push myself to the limit. My goal for this year is to make it to the qualifiers.
Competitive Highlights
Every year I've raced I have made the top ten in District 23 with the exception of one year. In the 2012 season I was undefeated in the 65 10-11 class at BermBenders Raceway in spite of breaking my leg and being out for five weeks. The next year I won the championship again riding in the 12-15 85cc class for the first time. In the 2014 season I won the 12-15 85 championship class again at BermBenders Raceway and at MotoCity Raceway I won the 12-15 85cc and the Supermini championships. In the 2017 season I won the D23 Championship and also the championshio for BermBenders where I went undefeated.
